Sour Punch candy is headed on the road this summer season with their “Embrace Your Punch” Tour, making stops at some of the biggest music events happening around the country. The journey began last month at Hangout Music Festival in Gulf Shores, Alabama and has since made several other stops in cities like Atlanta and Charlotte.
The tour activation will give visitors the opportunity to experience a unique pop up event and sample one-of-a-kind Sour Punch Twists designed specifically for the tour. We recently chopped it up with Kyle Martin of the brand to talk the ongoing tour. We love candy so much that we even packed an exclusive Sour Punch x Boi-1da.com Playlist into the mix. Listen below!
SB: Tell us about the “Embrace Your Punch” Tour.
KM: Our goal through the “Embrace Your Punch Tour is to not only deliver smiles with delicious treats, but more importantly a sweeter message from the heart, Embrace Your Punch. Love yourself and everything that makes you unique and appreciate those differences in others
SB: How can candy be a catalyst for a better world and how is Sour Punch making this a part of its initiative?
KM: We believe that we all have a responsibility to make this world a better place, and at Sour Punch, we continue looking for ways to have a positive impact on our employees, our communities and the environment. That’s why this year, we’re embarking on a project with a local club in our community and professional athlete Norris Frederick to deliver a more important, longer-lasting smile through a message of self-love and appreciation of others through the Embrace Your Punch Tour.
