Alabama has played a central role in the development of some of the biggest stars in the music industry today. Yet it’s probably the last place anyone would expect to find talent. Originally known for it’s contribution to Country music, Blues, Folk music, Gospel and Polka, Sean Seay, a music artist based in Montgomery, found his own sound – a fusion of Dance, Pop and R&B. Through his music, Seay keeps it honest and authentic while adding an element of fun. Tough and tender, emotional yet understated.
His current single, “FUN,” produced by Rachii, is what we need to battle the Winter blues. In his Media Mangy directed video, takes on warmer weather, surrounded by beautiful women in bikinis on an island getaway. “Girl, let’s go have fun tonight. Damn right cos I’m single, so you can’t judge me if I mingle,” sings Seay. “FUN” is the perfect theme music for those who aren’t in the “Cuffing Season” mood. Seay’s distinct vocals over the light-hearted record is infectious and you’ll find yourself singing along – single, or not.
